Flavorful without being overpowering to create the perfect steak! We recommend approximately one teaspoon per pound. If you have enough time—coat your steak well on both sides, rub it in and then pop it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Remove about a half hour before cooking to bring it up to temp.  But don't let the name fool you, this versatile blend is also delicious in burgers, meatloaf, and as a dry rub on salmon and chicken.  Awesome on roasted or grilled veggies too!
