How to Shop Online


Easy, Quick, & Convenient: Start Shopping Today!

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1: Click on the Shopper Profile icon at the top right of the page and create a free store account. 


You'll be given the option to login or to sign up for a free store account. Click SIGN UP. Enter your name, email, and home address. Create a password you will remember to keep your account secure. Confirm you're not a robot and click CREATE ACCOUNT. 

 

You do not need to create an account to shop our online store, but it will make things a lot easier the next time you do!

Step 2: Start shopping.


Click ONLINE STORE at the top left of our website to start browsing our products by category. You can also use the search bar at the top of the site to look for something specific, like "Dairy Doo" or "cherries." As you find products you'd like to purchase, add them to your cart. 

 

If a product you'd like to purchase is low or out of stock, feel free to contact us (see bottom of page) to find out when it will become available. 

 

When you're done shopping, click GO TO CART to review your order. Fill in your billing/shipping address, choose your payment option, and enter any important notes in the order comment section.

 

In order to shop our online store, you will be asked to agree to our privacy policy and our terms and conditions. This is standard procedure for all online stores, and those details can be viewed on our website at any time.

Step 3: Get Your Products! 


There are two ways to get your products: shipping or pickup at the farm in Petoskey.

 

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. You can select your preferred shipping options at checkout. All shipping orders are sent directly from our Petoskey farm and will include a $5.00 handling fee.

 

Please note: We currently do not ship refrigerated or frozen goods, or items that are physically large (such as wreaths, pumpkins, Dairy Doo, etc.). If your order contains items that are refrigerated, frozen, or too large to ship, the entire order will be made available for farm pickup only.  If you have questions, please contact us using the phone or email address at the bottom of this page. We will be happy to help you!

 

FARM PICKUP

Orders will be ready approximately 2 hours after they are placed. We will text/call you as soon as your order is ready.  When you arrive at the farm, come in and ask for your order or call/text us from the parking lot on (231) 347-0011 and we will bring your order to you!

 

In-Season Pickup Hours (May - October):

Monday through Saturday, 10 am - 5 pm.

 

Off-Season Pickup Hours (November - April):

Wednesdays and Saturdays, 12 - 5 pm.


Frequently Asked Questions


Are all products available for online purchase?


While most are available online, we aren't able to offer 100% of our market products for logistical reasons. The following products are currently available in-store only: 

- Vegetable transplants

- Flowers

- Some furniture

- Some decor and seasonal products

Can I add items to my order when I pick up at the farm? 


Yes! We encourage you to shop the market while you're picking up to see if there's anything you forgot. This is also a good time to purchase items not listed in our online store, such as flowers or furniture. We will ring you up at the register separately for those items. 

Can I place an order and pick up later in the week?

 

Yes,  just put the date of pickup in the notes section on the checkout page! We will make sure to assemble your order shortly before your arrival to maximize freshness. We will contact and credit you if any items are out of stock at the later date.

Do you offer delivery?


Except for B2B and some furniture orders, we do not offer delivery at this time.  


When can online orders be picked up?


When our Barn Market is open (May-October), hours for order pickups are:

Monday-Saturday, 10 am - 5 pm.

 

When our Barn Market is closed (winter off-season), hours for order pickups are:

Wednesdays and Saturdays , 12 - 5 pm.

 

If you are unable to pick up during these times, please call so we can work on a solution together.

 

How long do I have to pickup my order? What if I forget to pick it up?

 

Our team will contact you at the email and phone number you provide during checkout to remind you of your order. If time has passed and for some reason we are unable to reach you, we will keep your order ready for up to 60 days.  If online orders are not picked up within 60 days from the order date, the items will be donated to charity or a local food bank. If a refund is requested, a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. Perishable items are not refundable.
