Coveyou Scenic Farm Market has a staff of dedicated "local foodivores". David, Kathy, and all of our farm staff have a common interest and passion for rebuilding our local food economy. We are passionate about local farms, healthy food, and sustainability. We feel strongly that our farm and mission are helping to better our Northern Michigan community.
We pride ourselves in creating a fun, healthy workplace environment and taking care of our staff. We invite anyone who's interested in our farm and who shares our passions to contact us for full-time & part-time positions.

Market Staff
Are you a people person? Come be the friendly face of our farm as a market staff member! We have thousands of visitors each season, and you'll help make their experience at our farm unforgettable. You'll get to know our members and other regulars, and meet new people from across the country (and the world!). You'll greet people as they come in, answer questions, and check people out at the register. You'll also help with product restocking and keeping the market organized and looking beautiful. It's a whole lot of fun!
Wash/Pack & Processing Staff
Become an essential part of how our farm operates "behind the scenes," and learn how we get fresh produce from field to table. These positions are for people who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get a little dirty! You'll help receive our fruits and veggies as they come off the field, wash them, and prep them for display in our market or package them up for B2B orders. Surrounded by beautiful veggies all day, you'll find our wash/pack positions to be fulfilling and satisfying.
Flowers (Staff or Volunteer)
Do you love flowers and being outside? Our flower and greenhouse positions could be for you! We grow thousands of annual and perennial flowers each year in countless varieties, and they need all the care they can get. These positions work mostly in our greenhouses, helping with regular watering, repotting, and trimming, as well as creating special flower arrangements and assisting customers in finding the right plants for their needs.
